Senior Product Manager – Insurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our insurance portfolio. This is a hybrid role based on the outskirts of Crawley, offering the chance to shape product strategy during a period of significant investment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end insurance product lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver product roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
• Use insight, data, and market trends to drive product improvements.
• Ensure products remain compliant with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
• Support and develop a high‑performing product team of four.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance or financial services product management.
• Strong understanding of FCA requirements and Consumer Duty.
• Confident stakeholder and third‑party relationship management.
• Commercial focus with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience leading and developing team members.

Required skills

• 35‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:00.
