Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our automotive parts portfolio at our Milton Keynes head‑office. You will shape product strategy, drive cross‑functional delivery and ensure our range meets market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies to define and execute product road‑maps.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Line‑manage a team of Product Managers, set measurable goals and monitor performance through data‑driven reporting.
• Create, communicate and iterate a compelling product vision and backlog based on evidence and market insights.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from introduction to range expansion and eventual stock removal.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct forecasting, and lead supplier negotiations and benchmark analyses.
• Partner with stock controllers to resolve out‑of‑stock situations and oversee supplier stock cleanses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast‑moving, supply‑chain or automotive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing product teams.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
