Senior Product Manager

About the role

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution. We are seeking a strategic, commercially‑minded Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new products and enhancements across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for Agile sprints, collating, refining and prioritising backlog items in line with business objectives.
• Make informed design decisions and ensure development teams deliver committed work each sprint while resolving conflicts and escalations.
• Align product changes with overall business strategy, incorporate commercial considerations and maintain the quarterly product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants, Project Management and Marketing to ensure product developments meet customer needs and deliver commercial value.
• Provide product knowledge for bids, share delivery timelines, and coordinate bug and enhancement priorities with engineering.
• Deliver monthly webinars, lead quarterly roadmap sessions and user forums, and hold ad‑hoc meetings with customers to gather feedback.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of product management experience, preferably in telecommunications and contact‑centre environments.
• Strong Agile experience, ideally as a Product Owner, with knowledge of JIRA.
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of making balanced, informed decisions.
