Senior Product Manager - Sensors

About the role

Our sensors operate in demanding environments from Formula 1 to aerospace. As Senior Product Manager – Sensors you will turn a world‑class motorsport technology portfolio into a larger, profitable and scalable business line, leading a Junior Product Manager and owning a multi‑million‑pound P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sensors product range, identify market segments, align features to customer needs and set pricing to maximise returns.
• Own and grow the portfolio P&L, handling budgets, forecasting, cost control and revenue generation.
• Develop growth strategies, explore new market opportunities and prioritize investment.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve product cost, manufacturability, supply‑chain resilience and production throughput.
• Prioritise product development work with the Product Development Manager and Engineering team.
• Ensure products meet quality, accuracy, durability, responsiveness and regulatory standards (e.g., FIA).

Required profile

• Proven experience owning a product line or technology portfolio with direct revenue and profitability accountability.
• Track record defining and executing product roadmaps based on market and customer insight.
• Experience improving profitability through portfolio management, supply‑chain optimisation and pricing strategy.
• Background in sensor technology for motorsport or high‑performance environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence Operations, Engineering, Quality and Sales teams.
