Senior Product Owner

About the role

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Retention & Ecosystems portfolio within its vehicle‑funding business. Based in Cardiff (initially in Newport) you will shape a connected mobility ecosystem that drives long‑term value for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a product roadmap that enables Lloyds‑ and partner‑led retention journeys.
• Leverage data, insights and predictive models to identify and act on retention opportunities.
• Build ecosystem capabilities that allow customers to access related products and services.
• Own the product backlog, set clear outcomes and work closely with engineering, data, commercial and partner teams.
• Develop ecosystem strategy, forge partnerships and ensure orchestrated customer experiences.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product ownership or product management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a data‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial insight and customer‑centric mindset.
• Experience working in hybrid work settings, with at least two days per week on site.
