Senior Production Support – FGPP (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Production Support specialist with deep expertise in FGPP to join a global technology services client. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of payment processing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert-level FGPP production support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Conduct trace analysis, database analysis, and investigate payment flow anomalies.
- Configure and maintain FGPP components, including profiles, rules, pre/post rules, object rules, and cache refreshes.
- Manage customer‑facing escalations and act as the primary point of contact for critical incidents.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in FGPP production support within the banking or payments domain.
- Strong analytical skills for trace and database investigations.
- Proven ability to handle customer‑facing escalations and drive resolutions.
- Full‑time availability for a permanent position.
