Senior Project Manager – Agile Oracle Xstore POS Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Agile implementation of Oracle Xstore POS across the UK and other European regions. The role operates within the customer’s governance framework, ensuring structured oversight of project and change activities while collaborating with multiple vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks covering reporting, risk management, and compliance.
• Drive accountability, coordinated decision‑making and alignment across project, change and technical streams.
• Manage a complex stakeholder landscape, including country teams, technical owners and governance bodies.
• Lead parallel roll‑outs in the UK, Greece and subsequent regions, adapting delivery to regulatory and cultural differences.
• Oversee phased rollout from global template to country deployment, ensuring business continuity.
• Embed change management into delivery, driving communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and escalations across vendors and partners.
• Ensure structured knowledge transfer, documentation and repeatable rollout models.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project and programme management, preferably in technology or POS implementations.
• Proven ability to operate under governance frameworks and manage multi‑vendor, multi‑country programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse groups.
