Senior Project Manager - Asset Management System Implementation

About the role

Morgan Law is partnering with the Royal Parks to find a Senior Project Manager for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead the replacement of the estates and asset‑management capability with a dedicated system, guiding the programme from mobilisation and business‑case development through procurement, implementation, data migration, testing, business readiness and live service transition.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the programme, managing plans, milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, technical teams and external suppliers to drive governance, decision‑making and change delivery.
• Define requirements, manage risks, oversee data migration, system integration and testing activities.
• Lead adoption, training and transition into live service, ensuring business readiness.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing complex, cross‑functional, technology‑enabled business change or enterprise system programmes.
• Proven ability to work across business‑case development, procurement, delivery controls, implementation and transition to operation.
• Strong project‑management discipline with a track record of turning complex activity into clear plans and decisions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, finance, procurement, technical teams and external suppliers.
• Background in the charity or public sector and experience implementing asset, property, estates or facilities‑management systems.
