Senior Project Manager – Business Change

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a C‑suite executive of a leading London‑based insurance client. This 12‑month fixed‑term role will drive high‑level business, operational and digital change programmes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale business change and operational programmes, often managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and Head‑of‑level leaders, to secure buy‑in and guide change adoption.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and governance structures.
• Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication and reporting to senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale business, operational or digital change programmes.
• Strong background in the insurance sector, preferably specialty insurance or broking.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills at senior executive level.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 1‑2 days per week on‑site in the City of London.
