Senior Project Manager – CEZ Programme

About the role

Rolls‑Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the CEZ Programme. You will work alongside the Programme Manager, Plant Delivery, leading a team of Project Managers and driving integrated delivery of a flagship low‑carbon energy project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programme mobilisation and integrate new contracts into the CEZ Programme.
• Define and coordinate critical interfaces across workstreams and stakeholders.
• Drive governance, approvals and assurance activities through the Integrated Approvals and Assurance Plan (IAAP).
• Manage programme‑wide resources, risks, issues and reporting to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ) or equivalent experience delivering complex projects.
• Proven experience leading projects/programmes in engineering, infrastructure, construction or similar technical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and handling challenging conversations.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling and reporting tools.

• Salary range £60,000 – £78,750 per year.
