Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

About the role

Brandon James Ltd, a leading construction consultancy in London, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its expanding commercial team. You will own projects from inception to completion across commercial fit‑out, hospitality, leisure and retrofit schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial, hospitality, leisure and retrofit projects throughout all phases.
• Manage programme schedules, procurement processes and consultant coordination.
• Administer contracts under JCT terms, chair project meetings and oversee multidisciplinary teams.
• Control risk, monitor project performance, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Produce regular project reports and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the commercial project management team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of autonomous project delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
• Proven track record in commercial fit‑out, hospitality, leisure or retrofit projects.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualification or a genuine intention to achieve chartered status.
