Senior Project Manager – Event Build

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑profile luxury retail and experiential event builds. Based in our London studio, you will own projects from the initial brief through to on‑site sign‑off, working with global blue‑chip brands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for luxury retail and experiential event accounts.
• Develop and manage budgets, critical paths and supplier relationships for complex scenic builds and pop‑up environments.
• Translate creative briefs into technically robust project plans and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with in‑house designers, visualisers and production teams at every stage.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business development within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in experiential events, scenic production or a closely related sector.
• Hands‑on knowledge of scenic builds, technical production or installation design.
• Strong client‑facing skills with experience managing senior stakeholders for luxury brands.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, non‑hierarchical environment.
