Senior Project Manager – Hotel/Office/Retail Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑profile hotel refurbishment in Central London and to oversee a diverse portfolio of office, residential and retail projects valued between £2 million and £80 million. You will work closely with the Director and a strong project management team within a rapidly growing independent consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a complex hotel refurbishment project from inception to handover.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across hotel, office, residential and retail sectors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Administer contracts under JCT terms and oversee new‑build or CAT A fit‑out works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record delivering private‑sector projects under JCT contracts.
• Experience on new‑build or CAT A projects.
• Chartered status or progression towards MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
