Senior Project Manager – Hybrid, Bristol

About the role

We are partnering with an established Bristol agency that delivers data‑driven marketing and communications for a range of brands. The Senior Project Manager will own multiple client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of several projects simultaneously, turning briefs into clear plans, timelines and actions.
• Develop and manage detailed scopes of work, aligning expectations across internal teams and clients.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and resources, proactively addressing any risks or deviations.
• Provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders and maintain strong communication across teams.
• Champion high‑quality delivery from inception through final output.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, keeping them engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple, complex projects without losing momentum or detail.
• Strong organisational skills and a natural aptitude for coordinating cross‑functional teams.
