Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & IT

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead delivery, support and strategic development of enterprise infrastructure services, covering servers, networks, storage, datacentres and workplace environments. You will provide technical and people leadership to the local infrastructure team and manage complex multi‑domain projects from design through to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery and support of servers, network infrastructure, storage, datacentre and workplace moves.
• Perform capacity analysis and make strategic recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical guidance on networking and third‑party connectivity.
• Lead the local infrastructure team in new project delivery and ongoing support.
• Plan and execute complex multi‑domain projects from inception to go‑live.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, telecom providers and business partners.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure budget, forecast new projects and optimise existing spend.
• Plan and conduct disaster‑recovery exercises and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including hands‑on server, network, storage and datacentre operations.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching, Layer 2/3 protocols, OSPF, BGP and DMVPN.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and complex NAT configurations.
• Experience with security devices such as Cisco Firepower and Fortinet Fortigate.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability for large, multi‑domain initiatives.
