Senior Project Manager

About the role

Nothing is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its HQ Production team. You will act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring marketing campaigns move smoothly from brief to market across a global, 30‑plus person function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, goals and deliverables.
• Oversee execution, keeping tasks on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Marketing to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, removing blockers for creative teams.
• Serve as primary stakeholder contact, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication and resolve conflicts to maintain project flow.
• Conduct post‑launch evaluations to analyse outcomes and feed learnings back into processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading consumer‑tech product launches, especially with hardware exposure.
• Strong understanding of pragmatic project‑management methodologies.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, able to translate between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities and a sense of ownership.
