Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager with RIBA experience to join our National Programmes team on retail projects in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate to strengthen our team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Comply with established procurement, commercial and contractual strategies.
• Take personal accountability for Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards.
• Manage and prepare key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post‑handover.
• Ensure business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
• Manage meetings, take and prepare minutes.
• Run bidding processes, including managing queries from tendering contractors.
• Manage multiple projects on live operational sites.
• Assist with the preparation of contract documents.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive approach delivering customer service excellence with good commercial results.
• Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification with extensive technical delivery experience.
• Well‑organised, diligent, proactive, well‑disciplined and commercially astute.
• NEC experience.
• Familiarity with the design process.
• RIBA experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and client interface abilities.
• Track record of working with teams and managing projects to deadlines.
