Senior Project Manager – London

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of high‑value construction projects from inception through handover. You will work on mixed‑use schemes, high‑end residential and commercial developments, student accommodation, and listed‑building retrofits, delivering quality outcomes for a B Corp‑certified, rapidly growing specialist consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects across feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover phases.
• Own project briefs, budgets, programmes and risk registers.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage tender processes and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate statutory approvals, building control, fire safety and building regulations compliance.
• Manage professional teams including architects, engineers, cost consultants and energy specialists.
• Administer JCT and NEC contracts, issue instructions, value work and certify practical completion.
• Chair client, design and site meetings and nurture client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ project management experience in the built environment.
• Degree in Maths, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage programmes, budgets and risk independently.
• Interest in retrofit, decarbonisation and net‑zero construction.
• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM chartership or progress towards it is desirable.
