Senior Project Manager - Pharma

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a pharmaceutical focus to lead global events for a leading agency. You will work on a variety of high‑profile congresses, advisory boards and standalone meetings, delivering memorable experiences for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple pharma and healthcare projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and delegate logistics.
• Liaise with clients, maintain relationships and ensure expectations are met.
• Negotiate and manage suppliers, venues and on‑site teams internationally.
• Lead on‑site teams, coordinate travel and support pitching activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering pharmaceutical events end‑to‑end.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend the London office once per month.
