Senior Project Manager – Product Transformation (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation of an existing Planisware PPM product within live customer environments. The role is hybrid, based in the UK, and works closely with global teams in France, Germany and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of product transformation programmes from initiation to customer handover and stabilisation.
• Define and execute migration paths for legacy environments and transition customers to full UK ownership.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into scalable Planisware solutions.
• Design, configure and oversee SPM/PPM implementations, removing blockers and keeping programmes on schedule.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product and Engineering to support pre‑sales activities and provide commercial estimates.
• Lead change‑management activities to minimise disruption and drive user adoption.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering SPM/PPM platforms in enterprise settings.
• Strong background in enterprise consulting and software implementation.
• Hands‑on knowledge of portfolio, project, resource and financial management concepts.
• Experience with configuration, data models, integrations and complex system landscapes.
• Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
