Senior Project Manager – ServiceNow (12‑month contract)

About the role

Network IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a client undergoing a major transformation. You will deputise for the Programme Director and lead complex ServiceNow change delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring technology delivers tangible business benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow delivery across ITSM, ITOM, EAM, FSM and CSM modules.
• Drive integration with enterprise systems, tools and data sources.
• Combine technology and business change to achieve lasting adoption.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, third‑party suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Keep delivery on track for scope, cost, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare new capabilities for launch, support and business adoption.
• Provide clear reporting to programme leadership and resolve issues quickly.
• Support wider digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• A recognised project‑management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, ISEB or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong planning, project controls and governance skills, including MS Project.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources, costs, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including influencing senior leadership and coordinating third‑party suppliers.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities.
• SC clearance is beneficial and previous government project experience is a plus.
