Senior Project Manager – Telephony Modernisation (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a 6‑month Telephony Modernisation programme in Luton. The role will drive strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of cloud‑based voice services to enhance the digital employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance, project controls and reporting aligned with Digital Solutions processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change impacts across the programme.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Digital Solutions, Business, Operations and Corporate Communications.
• Ensure projects pass Operational Readiness Review and Service Transition and are moved into live services.
• Develop and deliver change‑management and communication plans in partnership with adoption and communications teams.
• Support delivery of DEX roadmaps, champion user‑centric design and continuous improvement.
• Lead training, adoption campaigns and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project/program management of large‑scale, multi‑site digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience deploying cloud‑based Voice over IP telephony solutions.
• Hold a PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
• Successful delivery of digital workplace or employee experience projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 or ServiceNow.
