Senior Project Planner – West London

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to join their West London team. You will support both pre‑construction and construction delivery, shaping programmes for projects ranging from £10 m to £100 m across education, justice and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed, competitive tender programmes.
• Develop, monitor and update live construction programmes.
• Attend regular site visits to provide planning support.
• Collate and analyse progress data, flagging risks and issues.
• Offer strategic planning advice across multiple projects.
• Ensure programmes meet contractual and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Proven construction planning experience within a main‑contractor environment.
• Track record delivering tenders and projects valued between £20 m‑£80 m.
• Strong communication skills and ability to challenge constructively.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
