Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a senior property litigation solicitor with at least six years post‑qualification experience to join our Milton Keynes team. You will manage a diverse caseload of high‑value property disputes, working closely with clients and senior practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advice on complex property litigation matters including adverse possession, breaches of covenant, rights to light, professional negligence, boundary and nuisance disputes.
• Handle lease‑related issues such as break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, renewals, terminations, rent reviews, service‑charge disputes and tenant defaults.
• Provide strategic guidance on rights of way, party‑wall matters, trespass and title disputes.
• Maintain and develop client relationships with a commercial, client‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years PQE in property litigation.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of property disputes.
• Commercial mindset and client‑service orientation.
