Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join our award‑winning law firm in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will work within a seasoned team, handling a diverse portfolio of property disputes and providing strategic advice to a varied client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of property litigation matters, including adverse possession, boundary and rights‑of‑way disputes.
• Handle trespass, title and landlord/tenant issues from inception through to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, offering pragmatic and commercial advice.
• Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and related dispute areas.
• Proven ability to manage an individual caseload independently.
• Commercially minded with a client‑focused approach.
