Senior Property Litigation Solicitor – Oxford

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join our award‑winning practice in Oxford. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, working closely with senior partners in a supportive, hybrid‑working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex property disputes, including adverse possession, boundary and rights‑of‑way issues.
• Handle landlord‑tenant matters such as break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals, terminations, rent reviews and service‑charge disputes.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice and maintain high standards of client service.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Proven track record of independently managing a busy caseload.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
