Senior Property Management

About the role

Our client, an independent estate agency with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a senior professional to lead their property management team. The role is based in Battersea and offers a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Set performance targets for residential, commercial, or mixed‑use portfolios.
• Identify growth opportunities, acquisitions, and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor income, expenses, and profitability.
• Oversee rent collection, financial reporting, and major expenditure approvals.
• Act as primary contact for owners, investors, and key stakeholders, providing regular performance updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Support the acquisition and onboarding of new properties.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property management, preferably at a senior or head level.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of property law and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficient IT skills.
