Senior Property Manager

About the role

X1 Lettings is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its Manchester team. You will be responsible for overseeing a residential portfolio, managing the full post‑tenancy process and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy start to finish.
• Coordinate maintenance, property turnarounds, check‑out inspections and deposit returns.
• Deliver the annual student summer turnaround programme, handling multiple projects against strict deadlines.
• Work closely with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams to meet service level agreements.
• Lead by example, support continuous improvement and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Highly organised with strong planning and communication abilities.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
