Senior Property Solicitor – 10+ years PQE

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Solicitor with over 10 years post‑qualification experience to lead our growing conveyancing team. This senior position offers the chance to become Head of Department, managing and developing a well‑established team across our nationwide offices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver conveyancing matters including sale and purchase (leasehold and new build)
• Handle re‑mortgage, equity release and transfer of equity transactions
• Lead, mentor and support the conveyancing team
• Maintain high‑quality service for an established client base

Required profile

• 10+ years PQE as a property solicitor
• Proven ability to manage and develop a legal team
• Willingness to work from any of the firm’s 12 offices (location within easy distance preferred)
