Senior Quality Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers and project managers to deliver high‑quality ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts across multiple Business Central projects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify, log, prioritise and track defects to resolution and validate fixes.
• Support release planning, quality‑assurance processes and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior QA team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or QA Engineer on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Manufacturing.
• Experience creating structured test documentation and managing defects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in Agile delivery environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
• Azure DevOps or similar test‑management tools.
• Automated testing frameworks.
