Join the leadership team of a flagship electronics manufacturing site in Bedlington. As a Senior Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across the TT Power and TT Components divisions, ensuring our high-standard manufacturing processes meet global industry demands.

Missions principales

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with AS9100 standards and environmental regulations (ROHS, REACH, CMRT, EMRT).
• Define and develop strategic quality objectives and conduct regular management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and managing customer complaints.
• Lead and motivate the quality team to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement advanced process and product control strategies, including PFMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
• Oversee internal and supplier audits, as well as layered process audits and finished product inspections.
• Standardize procedures and provide training on corrective and preventive actions (8D, mistake proofing).

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Senior Quality Manager within a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in AS9100 standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in managing COPQ and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both site leadership and global customers.

Competences requises

• Advanced Quality Tools: PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D, and Mistake Proofing.
• Regulatory Knowledge: AS9100, ROHS, REACH, CMRT, EMRT.
• Audit Management: Internal, Supplier, and Layered Process Audits.
• Strategic Management: QMS development and Management Review leadership.
