Senior Quant PM – Short-Term Strategies (Elite Pod Set‑Up)

About the role

We are looking for a senior quantitative portfolio manager to lead short‑term systematic strategies within an elite, well‑backed pod. You will execute and optimise existing models on a sophisticated execution platform while leveraging strong counter‑party relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and fine‑tune short‑term systematic strategies (momentum, mean‑reversion, quant macro, statistical arbitrage, etc.).
• Manage the full trade lifecycle using the fund’s advanced execution infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the pod to expand the strategy suite and scale the book.
• Monitor performance, risk, and execution quality on an ongoing basis.
• Participate in profit‑sharing decisions and contribute to the pod’s growth.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of quant or sub‑portfolio‑manager experience on the buy‑side.
• Proven track record of generating alpha with short‑term holding periods.
• Experience across liquid asset classes, excluding long/short equity.
• London‑based and able to work on‑site.
• Team‑player motivated to grow the pod and share upside.
