Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our London team on a hybrid basis (three days in‑office, two days remote). You will lead commercial management for large‑scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects, including high‑profile rail and power schemes such as HS2 and Network Rail frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across large‑scale mechanical and electrical projects.
• Manage budgets, contracts and commercial risks, delivering proactive solutions.
• Oversee NEC contract administration and subcontractor agreements.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor junior quantity surveyors and support the development of the commercial team.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on mechanical/electrical infrastructure projects.

• Ability to manage multiple high‑value projects simultaneously.
