Senior Recruiter – Remote (UK)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its international RPO team on a remote basis in the United Kingdom. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial positions across the UK and DACH regions, helping clients secure top talent in sales, finance, HR and other niche areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for commercial roles, from sourcing to offer administration.
• Develop and implement recruiting processes and best practices.
• Conduct briefing calls with clients, screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Document selection decisions and support both candidates and managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and promote effective recruiting behaviours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or RPO.
• Proven track record in commercial recruitment and working in challenging market conditions.
• Strong technical acumen to assess hard skills and communicate clearly with candidates and managers.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and comfort working autonomously.
• Professional proficiency in English; experience in the UK or DACH markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Smart Recruiters or Workday ATS (preferred).
