Senior Recruiting Manager

About the role

Samsara is looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead its EMEA talent acquisition function. Based in the London area, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for engineering, R&D, sales engineering and corporate roles across the region, combining strategic partnership with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters covering non‑quota‑carrying and R&D hiring across EMEA.
• Coach recruiters to own search planning, drive requisitions to close and build stakeholder trust.
• Own recruiting relationships with Director‑level engineering and business leaders, providing consultative guidance.
• Execute complex and specialist searches personally while setting strategic direction.
• Apply data‑driven rigor to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, define leading and lagging metrics, and implement improvement plans.
• Enhance signal‑to‑noise at every stage through sharper role definitions, stronger screening criteria and consistent interview processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruiting teams in technology or R&D environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of building scalable hiring processes and improving recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Data‑analysis mindset with ability to translate funnel data into actionable insights.
