About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious five‑star luxury serviced office provider to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. You will join a high‑performing People team, leading recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level positions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of corporate and operational roles.
• Lead the hiring of mid‑ to senior‑level talent across the business.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage high‑calibre candidates through multiple channels.
• Oversee the interview process from briefing to offer stage.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Build talent pipelines and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Produce recruitment reporting and market insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting mid‑ and senior‑level professionals in an in‑house or talent‑acquisition role.
• Background in luxury retail, hospitality or a premium customer‑focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Available to start at short notice or immediately.
