Join a global leader in workforce solutions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Construction and Engineering sectors. In this high-impact 360-degree role, you will drive business growth by managing both temporary and permanent recruitment cycles while building strategic partnerships with key industry players in Newcastle.

Main Missions

  • Manage a full 360-degree recruitment desk, covering both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
  • Drive business development through proactive prospecting and client relationship management.
  • Develop deep market expertise, including project trends, skill requirements, and client hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent ready for placement.
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing via social media to final placement.
  • Provide expert consultancy to clients, including salary benchmarking and skills analysis.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all compliance and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Construction or Engineering sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a 360-degree desk and driving business development.
  • Strong ability to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and provide expert advice.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and thrives in a high-performance culture.
