Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Property & Housing team in London. You will work in a hybrid model – three days a week in the office and the rest remotely – delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for construction and property clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a high‑quality candidate pool through targeted advertising, LinkedIn networking and job board monitoring.
• Maintain candidate database, ensure compliance and provide continuous candidate care before and after placement.
• Drive new business by making cold calls, building the Morgan Hunt brand and nurturing client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, service reviews and consistently meet deadlines.
• Develop specialist knowledge of the construction and property sector to exceed client and candidate expectations.

Required profile

• Proven background in recruitment, preferably within construction or property.
• Strong research abilities and a desire to become an industry expert.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work to tight deadlines.
