Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Wealthlink Recruitment’s growing team. The role is fully remote and focuses on financial services, specifically wealth management and financial planning recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract high‑quality talent for client vacancies.
• Develop new business partnerships and expand the client portfolio.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Deliver a full 360 recruitment service, balancing candidate and client needs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within financial services.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to generate new business.
• Experience working in a remote or autonomous environment.
• Senior‑level experience with a focus on wealth management or financial planning roles.
