Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Gold Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our award‑winning team in East Grinstead. You will work across niche sectors such as IT, Defence & Aerospace, Engineering and Construction, helping our clients secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a portfolio of technical roles.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the delivery, sales support and accounts teams to ensure a seamless service.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior consultants.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales or account management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and business‑development mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Based within a 45‑minute commute of East Grinstead.
