Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Tunbridge Wells office. You will own your own desk, work with established clients and help grow the business across commercial, legal and accounts sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Source, interview and assess candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Take vacancies from start to finish, arranging interviews and delivering offers.
• Develop new business opportunities within specialist sectors such as commercial, legal and finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within commercial, legal, accounts or finance markets.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to own a desk and drive results.

Required skills

• Candidate sourcing and interviewing.
• Client account management.
• Understanding of market trends in the Kent area.
