About the role

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Reading hub. You will work in a fast‑paced, global environment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑value clients across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior‑level clients, providing consultative hiring advice.
• Utilise Michael Page’s global databases and market insights to source top‑tier talent.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts and generate new client pipelines.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure high‑quality candidate experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of recruitment experience with a proven record of handling high‑value accounts.
• Strong business development mindset and proactive approach to client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
