Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester office, offering a competitive salary of £35,000‑£40,000 plus OTE. With 25 years in the market and eight brands, you will shape your own desk and drive talent acquisition for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment across your client base, from brief to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies that reach talent competitors cannot.
• Build and lead a team from day one, with full ownership of its structure.

Required profile

• Consistently billed with deep market knowledge.
• Desire for autonomy to create and lead a recruitment function.
