Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technical Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our technical recruitment practice in London. The role combines client partnership, candidate management and business development, operating in a hybrid model with up to two days remote per week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for technical, IT, engineering and SaaS roles.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients and candidates.
• Leverage the company’s CRM and candidate database to deliver successful placements.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth targets.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical, technology, IT, digital, engineering, SaaS or professional services recruitment.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, motivated and accountable with a passion for solving hiring challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for candidate and client management.
