Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Processing & Packaging Machinery (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a boutique recruitment business that specialises in the processing and packaging machinery sector across North America. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will work remotely from the UK while building the company’s footprint in the US market, managing the full 360 recruitment cycle for engineering and technical sales roles.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business and develop long‑term client relationships across the US market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from qualification to placement.
• Headhunt high‑calibre candidates for engineering, technical sales and service functions.
• Grow a specialist vertical within the processing and packaging machinery sector.
• Become a recognised market expert and key figure in the international business.
• Recruit for roles such as Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Mechanical Engineers, Controls & Automation Engineers, Field Service Engineers and Service Managers.

Required profile

• Experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant comfortable with a 360 desk.
• Proven ability to win business and develop client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and able to work remotely.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to build a niche market rather than chase volume.
• Attitude and recruitment ability valued over specific sector experience.
