Senior Regulatory Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to lead implementation projects, manage regulatory reporting, and act as the subject‑matter expert for our banking clients. This role combines deep regulatory knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement to support both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing implementation projects and define business requirements.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop documentation and training materials for regulatory processes.
• Support the Customer Success team with regulatory insights and guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on regulatory presentations and client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a regulatory subject‑matter expert.
• Expertise in complex regulatory rules such as CRR and IFR.
• Deep understanding of banking products and financial services.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing experience.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
