Senior Relationship Manager – TradingHub

About the role

TradingHub is looking for a high‑performing Senior Relationship Manager to join its London team. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers, providing consultative guidance and driving adoption of the company’s trade‑surveillance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent TradingHub as a brand ambassador and maintain a visible industry presence.
• Build and deepen partnerships with key decision‑makers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create tailored pitches and product demos.
• Leverage internal resources, including regulatory insights, to add value for customers.
• Identify customer‑driven product development opportunities.
• Participate in targeted events such as RegHub alongside marketing.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Expand revenue and broaden the customer base.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of financial markets, preferably fixed income or derivatives.
• Proven track record in selling, trading, or structuring complex financial products.
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a resilient, commercial mindset.
• Familiarity with trade surveillance and market‑abuse regulations is a plus.
