Senior Residential Property Conveyancer

About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Property Conveyancer to join its reputable team in Farnham. You will work within a friendly, three‑person team that serves the Thames Valley region, handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage leasehold and freehold residential property transactions.
- Oversee sales and purchases from initial instruction through completion.
- Handle new‑build projects and plot sales where applicable.
- Utilise the firm’s case management system to ensure efficient processing and compliance.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Minimum of 4+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing residential property deals.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Case Management System.
- Strong IT competence to support daily conveyancing activities.
