Senior Residential Property Solicitor – Chester

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a senior Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing Chester and North Wales practice. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from Chester, North Wales or a mix of both while leading a dedicated residential team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior members of the residential team.
• Collaborate with the commercial team as the practice expands into commercial property work.
• Support the development of the department with a view to becoming Head of Department.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
• Demonstrable experience handling residential transactions within a reputable firm.
• Ambition to take on a leadership role and contribute to the firm’s growth.
