Senior Residential Property Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join our Chatham office. The role offers flexible home‑working and involves handling the full spectrum of residential property transactions while helping to grow our practice in the Kent market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sale and purchase transactions for freehold and leasehold properties.
• Handle new‑build purchases, ownership transfers, lease extensions and re‑mortgages.
• Lead marketing and business‑development initiatives to expand the residential real‑estate team in Chatham.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in residential property law.
• Proven experience representing both homeowners and investors, preferably within Kent.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to add value to the practice.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
